| Tiivistelmä: | Miles and Snow's (1988) study of organizational response in increasingly competitive world markets caused these researchers to propose the 1990s will be characterised by a de-integration of large firms. Concurrently these organizations will begin to establish "dynamic networks" by creating new forms of contractual relationships with other independent firms. They further proposed these new entities will exhibit the three key features of equality of membership, linkages guided by market circumstances and access to computerised information systems. |
