| Tiivistelmä: | The article sums up the practices of more than 40 years of New China and draws on the experiences of the free-market countries. As to the percentage of the revenue in the national income and the percentage of the central revenue in the national revenue, China has the lowest among the main countries in the world. The shortage of the central revenue led to the weakness of the macro regulation and control. The author makes some suggestions to this problem. |
