| Tiivistelmä: | The growth rate of GDP may reach 9% or so in 1996, but its premise is the investment to be increased moderately and the stability of macro policy. The suggestions for policies during the Nine-Year-Plan Period are as follows: maintaining a moderate investment rate, 25% or so, which is suitable, controlling the range of price increases at 15% or below, deepening the reform of enterprises, controlling the situation that the proportion of tax revenue and financial income to the total value of GNP is declining (the proportion should not be below 20-25%), expanding grain-planting areas and practising basic grain ration supply system in the coastal areas. |
