| Tiivistelmä: | The executive system of fiscal adjustment in China, considering the present coverage actual function, includes all sectors in finance, tax and state-owned asset management systems from the central level to the local level. After 20 years' reform and opening up in China, great changes and adjustment have taken place in government's function and government's extent, pattern and emphasis of financing management. To make fiscal adjustment adapt to requirements of market economy and beneficial economy, policy investment and financing is to be developed actively and steadily and the government purchase system is to be implemented fully. |
