| Tiivistelmä: | To prevent risks of expansionary financial policies we should strive to maintain certain economic growth rate and at the same time make efforts to improve the quality of economic growth, properly control financial deficits and strengthen national debt management, guarantee the quality and effectiveness of investment, change from mitigating the aggregate contradiction to supporting the optimization of the economic structure, deepen economic reform to create good institutional conditions, pay attention to the coordination of various fiscal and monetary policies, not rely on the investment of the government only but bring every possible factors into play, give full play to the effect of the medium and small enterprises in economic growth and structural readjustment and further expand consumer demand. |
