Tiivistelmä:The traditional trade position of Hongkong-based Chinese- funded enterprises are facing challenges, one of the main factors is the too many intermediate links. By means of modern theories of management and marketing, the author proposes three major tactics - direct management, use of proper marketing tunnels and improvement of the internal management mechanism, and reduction of unnecessary intermediate links so as to consolidate their trade position for more positive contributions to reform and opening-up of the inland and Hongkong's economic prosperity.
