| Tiivistelmä: | A long-term project at BT Laboratories, at Martlesham Heath near Ipswich, is studying the technical, managerial and social aspects of teleworking. The project team is carrying out a series of experiments using the latest technology showing what commercial systems could be available in the near future, and expanding the teleworking arena to job categories not previously thought suitable for remote working. The experiment described here involved some of BT's Directory Assistance operators working at home in Inverness, Scotland. |
