| Tiivistelmä: | The article is an addition of the paper Ways and Meanders of educational Requirements and Education of Workers (IB Magazine, 5/6 1994) in which we have sumarized a few main points from the research The Analysis of the Scope of Educational Requirements for Jobs and the Education of Workers in the Second Half of the Nineties, launched by the Adult Education Centre of Slovenia (An Estimate of the Needs for Formal Education of Adults).We have analysed the educational requirements for jobs e level of education of the employees in the twelve inter-municipiality areas.The analysis of jobs tries to answer the quetion how is the education of workers adjusted to the educational requirements for jobs and what measures should be taken to improve the exposed weaknesses and deficiencies. |
