| Tiivistelmä: | Author in his contribution tackles the pollution of the Adriatic Sea and of the Gulf of Triest and the relative protection measures.Thereby the author separately describes the occurences on the both sides of the Gulf, the Slovenian and Italian ones.The various sources upon which the author constructs his contribution see the main culprit for uneffective sea protection on the Slovenian side in the same Slovenian government, i.e. its careless relation toward these question s.In the formalinstitutional sense, as well as by the disponibility of the purposed financial means, for the Adriatic Sea there is better attendet to on the Italian side what is shortly described in the contribution.The stress of the contribution, however, is on the trans-statal and trans-regional collaboration in the sea-protection area in the Gulf of Triest, since only the coordinated approach can provide visible and more durable effects.Thereby the quite variegated history of this collaboration is described, further the sea protected areas in the Gulf of Triest as a special form of protection, and the n ewest efforts of this coolaboration. |
