| Tiivistelmä: | Conceptions on the spatial development of the country depend on: political option one advocates and, consequently, social economic system one accepts or impartial professional posture; awareness of nation's development or existence; environmental consciousness; professional proficiency; partial interests; and also irrationality of people in position.Consequently, a variety of conceptions is possible: - non-existing conception, waiting for the conception to be produced by others - conception advocating that the plan is unnecessary and impossible to make - conception advocating the plan of the existing condition - i.e. the plan of legalisation of existing spatial interventions - plan as a sum of sectors' plans - plan as a formal basis for spatial interventions with detailed instructions for a selected investor - plan as a necessary evil - conception that it is sufficient to rename the Spatial Components of Long-term and Medium-term Social Plan of the Republic of Slovenia to Spatial Plan of Slovenia -conceptions of the plan as an instrument for implementation of spatial development policy.Author of the article tries to present his critical opinion of actual conceptions with comments. |
