| Tiivistelmä: | In Slovenia employees are participating in management through their representatives in the company bodies (representatives in supervisory board, workers director).In order that this participation be as successful as possible it is necessary to assess previous experience of its implementation, compare the regulation with regulations in other countries and on the basis of these analyses propose improvements of regulations in Slovenia.Therefore the paper is giving the description of regulation in Sweden, where workers representatives are participating in management bodies of companies.It is present the purpose and main rules of the Swedish Law on employee representatives in management bodies of companies and their rights and duties. Then the critical remarks about Slovene regulation are given and some proposals concerning its improvement and assessment of implementation in practice. |
