| Tiivistelmä: | Since the beginning of the 1900s, America has always maintained a high economic growth and its various economic indicators show that America has stridden into the knowledge economy times before other countries. China should get the following enlightenment from it: High economic growth must be supported by newly emerging leading industries while the leading industries with strong competitive power can develop only with the continuous input of knowledge and science and technology, a solid education foundation and the promotion of the government. China should start with adjustment of economic structure in an effort to increase the sci-tech contents and raise knowledge degree in economy. Besides, it should introduce foreign advanced sci-tech and knowledge results to promote the shift from traditional economy to knowledge economy. |
