| Tiivistelmä: | The core of modern enterprise system is corporate property system. The state has the ownership of land used by enterprises while enterprises have land tenure. The establishment of modern enterprise system has provided good chances for pursuing paid use of land system and perfecting land market. The scientific definition of land rental, expense and tax revenue, however, is the basis for improving land leasing system. The land leasing system may raise the efficiency of land use and market allocation of land resources and promote the adjustment of industrial structure. So it is an important step in promoting reform of enterprises and the guarantee for establishing a real modern enterprise system. |
