| Tiivistelmä: | The preservation of environmental uncertainty has been identified in the innovation research literature as a primary motor of the process of managing innovation. This article examines the operation of this phenomenon as exemplified by Ireland's Druid Theatre Company and considers its implications for image and understanding of arts organizations and creative management in general. |
