Tiivistelmä:The author states that tradeshows give companies access to customer feedback, competitor developments and market trends. Too frequently, however, the information captured at a tradeshow is never released to a company- wide audience. This article focuses on the successes of Uniqema's tradeshow operating plan that has fostered communication between users, employees and knowledge management team. The author also considers the development of a structured approach to capturing and disseminating tradeshow knowledge and the collaboration between the frontline and back room teams. The paper also pays special attention to the responsibility of each show member.
