| Tiivistelmä: | The article author posits that, in North America and Europe, four major paradigm shifts (hereafter as: p-sh.) are taking place producing systemic change in the cultural sector. These p-sh. are the world system (here as: s.), the arts s., the cultural policy s. and the arts funding s. It is proposed that five change management capacities may be required to proactively respond to systemic change, and discussed the extent to which current training in arts administration is equipped to address the shift from arts management to cultural administration. |
