| Tiivistelmä: | In North America and Europe, arts administration (hereafter as: a-adm.) as an academic field has evolved over the past half century. However, a-adm. is currently facing numerous challenges due to systemic change taking place in the cultural sector. In the paper, the development of formal arts administration education is traced, arguing that there are four major paradigm shifts which may call for several key change management capacities in a-adm. There is presented a new systemic capacity building educational approach. |
