| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this paper is to analyse how extra-organizational effects can influence user satisfaction with mobile systems. Findings show that variable social contexts of individual use result in different social influences that have an effect on individual's perceptions of user satisfaction with the mobile technology. |
