| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this article is to analyse the influences of emerging mobile technologies on end-user relations concentrating on the secondary user (are not intended to interplay directly with the technology but are intended consumers of the technology's output). Results show how roles between primary and secondary users have been altered and that secondary users are an important user group. |
