| Tiivistelmä: | The best cooperation of financial capital and technology is an essential core strategy. The measures are: (1) push some financial and technology institutions into market; (2) the government should take the combination of financial and technology institutions as an important question of strategic development and create various conditions for it; (3)establish professional institution of evaluating research results; (4) establish integrated investment center of finance and technology; (5) push high and new technology into capital market; (6) open technology bank or establish integrated credit part of finance and technology inside a bank; (7) accelerate the training on comprehensive management talents of financial technology. |
