Tiivistelmä:To become and remain competitive in today's world of short product life cycles and rapid technological obsolescence, companies need to develop new products or product variations quickly and bring them to market in a timely and effective manner. Doing this way require fundamental organizational and perhaps cultural changes, as well as total management commitment. The article identifies effective approaches for redesigning innovation and managerial decision-making processes to promote speedy new product development (SNPD). Finally several recommendations for leveraging the advantages of SNPD are concluded.
