Tiivistelmä:The effects of raters' stress on the favorability and dispersion of performance ratings were tested. !20 undergraduates completed either a stressful or an unstressful inbasket exercise,either after or before they saw a videotaped portrayal of a manager's job performance. The results show that stressful experiences affect the way people process information to make evaluative judgements.
