Tiivistelmä:It is discussed through what process do managers as executives arrive at organizations through the modification of the actions of the individual, how do they facilitate the contradictory forces, reconcile conflicting forces, positions and ideals. To advance understanding of this area, the notion of scripts it proposed and ideas around the concept of improvisation are developed. It is proposed that what occurs at executive level may be understood by paying attention to authority and fraternity. Nearly all action is informed by these referents.
