| Tiivistelmä: | Recent research has questioned the psychometric adequacy of dimension ratings. An alternative could be the use of overall exercise ratings that may represent total performance on work simulations. Three forms of reliability of such exercise ratings were studied in a laboratory experiment:inter-rater reliability, intergroup reliability, and alternate form reliability. |
