| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims at reporting the results of an exploratory investigation of the organizational impact of knowledge management (KM). A search of the literature incovered 12 KM practices the performance impact of which was assessed through a survey of business organizations. Among others, KM practices were found to be directly related to organizational performance which, in turn, was directly in relation to financial performance. There was no direct relationship found btw. KM practices and financial performance etc. |
