AUTOMATION
Kieli:eng
Tiivistelmä:Automation (robotics, computer-aided design, and manufacturing, computer-aided process planning, automated materials handling, and automated storage and retrieval systems) is spreading very rapidly in every industrial country. Obviously, automation means changes in the number and skills of employees and necessitates training and retraining programs so that the labour force can be reallocated. This change has resulted in uncertainty about the future of lifetime employment in Japan and it other countries.
