Tiivistelmä:A strong positive corporate culture is a prerequisite to consistently high performance, and the key to evaluating corporate culture rests on understanding its various components. Twelve key components of corporate culture that interact in a variety of ways are analysed. It is advised that through proper analysis, positive and negative factors can be identified within each organization as they relate to each of these twelve components. In this way, strategies can be created that build upon the organization's inherent strengths and weaknesses. By defining the key components of corporate culture, the ability of the management to create and sustain a high-performance organization can be enhanced dramatically.
