| Tiivistelmä: | The alteration of the organization at the BMW is analyzed, and it is stated that at a one-product-enterprise, despite of the possible weaknesses of the form, the functional organization is the best solution. The weaknesses of the functional organization at the BMW had been avoided by using decentralization and flexible organization forms. All of the applied organization forms at the BMW have the project management as a basic idea. Without a good management the best organization form is doomed to failure. |
