| Tiivistelmä: | The use of assessment center procedures for predicting managerial potential is widespread in corporations. But the predictive validity of assessment centers remains a puzzle. We aim to affirm the evidence for their predictive validity, and come to the conclusion that they can work for a variety of purposes and in several contexts. But even so we don't know why they work. |
