| Tiivistelmä: | The motivation to attend quality circle /QC/ meetings and the task performance of 47 QCs over a 3-year period were examined as a function of QC initiation. The in-process goals of QCs were also examined in a field study.The dependent variables were the number of people per QC, the attendance rate at QC meetings, the number of projects completed, and the speed of problem solving. |
