| Tiivistelmä: | The correlations of interviewers' preinterview impressions with their post-interview assessments and recruiting outcomes were examined. As hypothesized preinterview impressions were positively related to post-interview impressions. Contrary to the propositions, little evidence was found for possible mediators and moderators of this relationship. |
