Tiivistelmä: | A research was designed to address the psychometric effects of alternative weighting approaches in job evaluation within the context of a policy-capturing approach to wage setting. Two different point-factor job evaluation instruments were employed to evaluate 71 managerial and service jobs , and five weighting models were compared in terms of predictive validity and salary classification. |
