But work simulations are not as straightforward as they might appear to be. According to the British Psychological Society, work simulations are the best way to predict success in a job. Ensuring that the simulation is an effective test of suitable skills is best done by asking experienced staff to perform the exercise and comparing the results with their performance assessments. |
