| Tiivistelmä: | It is pointed out that results-oriented organizations have learned that to succeed top management must solicit the aid of the personnel department. Personnel executives in six leading organizations were asked how their departments had responded to corporate changes. Two main points are drawn as conclusions: the role of the personnel executive has become one of business management; the personnel executive has become an integral partner with line management. |
