| Tiivistelmä: | The authors examined inferences linking psychological constructs and operational measures of constructs in a conceptual framework. They unified the traditional concepts of construct-, content-, and criterion-related validity within this framework and contrasted this view with more conventional ones. Finally they examined the misconceptions about the validation of employment tests. |
