Tiivistelmä:Recently, Hunter & Hunter (1984) used the meta-analysis technique to compare the validities of a number of predictors used in personnel selection. The structured interview may be a promising alternative to the traditional unstructured interview. A review of structured interview studies is discussed. Six unpublished validation studies are also presented.
