| Tiivistelmä: | To build up a financial mechanism which is suited to the market economic development, we must carry out reforms in theory in financial ideas and ways of thinking resulted from traditional planned economy. Great attention should be attached to transformations of the following aspects: 1) transformation from theory of distribution to theory of exchange in the understanding of financial category; 2) transformation from theory of production to that of capital in defining financial law; 3) the transformation of theory of dependence to that of guidance in the relationship between financial operation and economic operation; 4) transformation from planning theory to market theory in capital allocation and 5) transformation from quantity theory to benefit theory in financial functions. |
