| Tiivistelmä: | The reform objective of the import system is to make the export operation follow the rules of GATT by means of customs, exchange rate, interest and other economic leverage. The development direction of 1990s import is to import means of production and means of subsistence the country and the people urgently need and to introduce advanced technology selectively. It is also essential to transfer producing simple customer goods into producing durable customer goods and further to realize the import substitution of mechanical equipments and intermediate products. |
