Tiivistelmä:Brand-name manufactures of delicatessen see themselves increasingly confronted with the challenge to find an economically acceptable way to replace traditional, generally extensive packaging materials by more environment-friendly alternatives. Therefore it has to be determined, whether a sufficiently largo consumer-segment exists, whose willingness to pay won't be negatively affected from a less luxurious design of the packaging. This paper will examine this problem in the case of wrapping for confectionery chocolates.
