| Tiivistelmä: | Although the large Viag AG corporation got between the top ten of the German industrial enterprises by acquiring Bayernwerk AG, the new large enterprise has nothing to offer beside financial power: a lot of the subsidiaries of the firm are paralysed, the management of the holding cannot control the operational level of the company. The article analyses the main data concerning the new holding as well as assesses the possible future of the company. |
