| Tiivistelmä: | It is necessary for China to get rid off the queer cycling of economic loosening-swollen-controlling- stereotypes. The government mechanism must be changed from administrative to economic mechanism. The principles of centralization and decentralization of rights, and multi-beneficial entities should be slicked to, in order to bring various motivations into full play. This paper also puts forth some suggestions of the reform of public finance, banking and investment systems. |
