| Tiivistelmä: | The fundamental meaning of the market is the relationship of exchange between different property right objects. The basic prerequisite of the market is different property right objects. The first train of thought for transition to the market economy is "definition of property and right". The second is the "rebuilding of property right". It is the optimal choice at minimum cost to shift to the market economy through non-state economy. It also provides market environment and competition pressure for the state-owned economy. |
