| Tiivistelmä: | Underground economy results in inaccurate economic information and deviates economic statistics of the state. It destroys the principle of rational allocation and use of social resources and makes information about money supply and demand incorrect. It also results in imbalance of national income allocation. It is imperative to crack down harmful underground economic activities. Skillful methods should be taken in handling underground economic activities which still are not criminal. Conditions favorable to underground economy should be wiped out as far as possible. |
