| Tiivistelmä: | In order to promote further economic development of overall Asian and Pacific , especially Eastern Asian, regions it is necessary to develop effective economic cooperations therein. There are many considerations in the past ten years on economic cooperation in Asian and Pacific regions but essential progress went slowly. As the political and economic conditions in Asian and Pacific regions are complicated, it is very difficult to establish a closely connected economic entity in a short period. "subregion economic cooperation" might be a compatible pattern for the economic cooperation in Asian and Pacific regions. |
