| Tiivistelmä: | China must practice a "big economic and trade" strategy, characterized by joint participation of the departments dealing with foreign economic relations and trade, production, sci-tech and finance, mutual infiltration and coordinating development of cooperation and exchange of commodities, funds, technology and labour service, based on import and export trade. The major problems to be solved in foreign trade enterprises, in the 1990's are to strengthen the autonomous rights of state-run foreign trade enterprises, to establish modern corporate system and to realize the industrialization and grouping of state-run foreign trade enterprises. |
