| Tiivistelmä: | This study set out to improve the capacity of Finnish policy makers to design and to implement long-term waste management policies. Since policy makers must frequently act on incomplete information and process the information they receive through mental models that can lead to inefficient or myopic choices, the methodological approach was to analyze the structure, substance, and and institutional context of the mental models that can lead to inefficient or myopic choices. |
