Most of the experimental units are state-owned enterprises, large groups and branded product enterprises; 2. They have implemented the strategies of creating best brands of products, grabbing markets, grouping, technological progress, capital operation and strengthening and developing; 3. There exist three major problems, that is, lack of fully, understanding of reform, some enterprises seeking endless preferential policies and the relationship between reform and management, which is not handled well. |
