| Tiivistelmä: | One of the main functions of bay-back trade of national debt is to raise fund outside organized markets and financial institutions before redistribution. Not only can traders absorb deposit, but evade the responsibility to pay reserve fund for deposit to the central bank. Buy-back markets work as capital ones to some extent and guide funds of commercial banks into financial markets. None of other rates of interest can reflect market's evaluation of supply -demand relations of funds better than the rate interest of bay-back of national debt. |
