| Tiivistelmä: | With opening up developing both in depth and in breadth in China, we should adjust correspondingly our guiding ideology in formulating the new financial open policies. We should grant gradually national treatment to foreign businessmen. We should put more stress on promoting economic reform and opening to the outside world by financial opening up in the newly added cities where the foreign financial institutions with dealing with business as their aim are allowed to be established. Besides, the new financial open policies must be conducive to strengthening the central bank's supervisory authority and raising its supervisory level. |
