| Tiivistelmä: | The supply guidance model stresses the supply side of market .This paper considers that the state of market is decided by supply side and so tries to explain the supply and demand relationship from an angle of supply side. Its basic theory and thought are as follows: 1. The output of coal is mainly decided by input including assets , labour, intermediate goods and technological progress. 2. The consumption of coal is mainly explained by output rather than industrial growth and industrial formation. 3. The state adjusts supply and demand by import or export. 4. The changes in stock or the equilibrium balance resulting from the interaction of supply and demand in fact , is decided by the supply side. In the theory of supply guidance model, "being decided by output" is the core of study. |
